By accessing or using the My Brand QR AI platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including administrators, managers, and field personnel.
My Brand QR AI provides an AI-powered QR remote monitoring platform for workforce management, including but not limited to QR checkpoint verification, GPS geofence compliance monitoring, attendance tracking, incident reporting, analytics, and mobile applications. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Each user account is personal and non-transferable. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not: (a) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service; (b) interfere with or disrupt the Service; (c) use the Service to collect data in violation of applicable laws; (d) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that the Service collects and processes GPS location data, QR scan records, and attendance information as necessary for workforce monitoring. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with applicable data protection laws in your jurisdiction.
The Service, including all software, algorithms, designs, and documentation, is the intellectual property of My Brand QR AI and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. White-label deployments grant you a limited license to use the Service under your own branding, but do not transfer ownership of the underlying technology.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect Service availability. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned maintenance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Brand QR AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
Either party may terminate the Service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked. We may also suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
